Welcome to Skybound. By using the Skybound app ("App"), you agree to the following terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Skybound is a focus/productivity app that uses a "flight" metaphor: you set a focus duration or fly freely, and the App simulates a journey to a random destination. Upon completion, you may receive a digital "boarding pass" (ticket stub) as a record. The App works offline for core focus tracking; location is used only to show your departure city and to suggest destinations by distance.
You must use the App in compliance with applicable laws and not for any illegal or harmful purpose.
You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App or its content in a way that violates our rights or third-party rights.
We may update the App and these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
All content, design, and branding in the App are owned by the developer or licensors. You do not acquire any ownership by using the App.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
"Flights," "destinations," and "boarding passes" are fictional and for motivation only; they do not represent real travel or services.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
