1. Introduction Welcome to MicroHabit! By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

2. Subscription Services MicroHabit offers a subscription service "MicroHabit Pro" that unlocks unlimited habit creation and premium themes.

Subscription Period: Monthly (auto-renewable).
Free Trial: We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period ends, your account will be charged for the subscription unless cancelled.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the term.

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the app and its content belong to the developer. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

6. Disclaimer MicroHabit is provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranty. In association with the product, we make no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, of title, or of non-infringement of third party rights.
