1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using Prism, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Not a Medical Device: Prism is not a diagnostic tool or a medical device.
• Consult a Doctor: Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, supplements, or sun exposure. The developer is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of this App.

3. Prism Premium Subscription

• Service: Subscribing to "Prism Premium" unlocks all visual effects (Spirits) and future premium features.
• Pricing: $1.99 per month (prices may vary by region). New users may be eligible for a promotional price (e.g., $0.99 for the first month).
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time.

4. Intellectual Property All designs, code, visual effects (including the "Spirit" animations), and content within Prism are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App.
