These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calm Rhythm mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Overview

Calm Rhythm provides wellness‑oriented features to help you understand stress, sleep, and activity patterns by processing Health data from Apple Health / HealthKit. The App does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare advice.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if:

• You are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction required to consent to data processing and contracts), and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. License and Use of the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on a device that you own or control, and
• Use the App solely for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where explicitly permitted by law.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security‑related features of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
