TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PureStitch mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PureStitch is a long-screenshot stitching tool. Unless otherwise stated, all image processing is performed locally on your device.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3.1 Pro Subscription. Certain features may require a paid subscription (“PureStitch Pro”). Subscription options, pricing, and any free trial periods are presented in the App and managed by Apple’s App Store.
3.2 Free Trial. If offered, the free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
3.3 Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.4 Manage and Cancel. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
3.5 Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.
4.1 License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
4.2 Restrictions. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) interfere with the App’s security or integrity; (c) use the App to violate any law or third-party rights; (d) distribute or resell the App except as permitted by law.
The App may allow you to import images and export results. You retain all rights in your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and process any content you import.
