These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PureInvoice mobile application (the "App") provided by PureInvoice ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the App.

2. Description of Services

PureInvoice provides invoicing-related features, including but not limited to:

• Creating and managing invoices
• Managing client and business profile data
• Generating and previewing PDF invoices
• Exporting and sharing data
• Accessing subscription-based premium features

Features may change over time.

3. User Accounts and Device Use

The App may not require a standalone account with us. Some features may depend on:

• Your Apple ID
• App Store purchase status
• Device settings (including iCloud settings)

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Apple account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain backups as needed for your business
• Use generated invoices responsibly and in compliance with tax/finance laws in your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for your invoice content, calculations, legal compliance, and tax reporting obligations.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Interfere with the App's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Violate rights of others, including intellectual property rights

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Billing is processed by Apple via the App Store.
• Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
• We do not control App Store billing systems or refund decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, branding, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services (e.g., Apple services).
We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The App will meet all legal/accounting requirements of your jurisdiction
• Any generated output is legally sufficient for all business use cases

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and personnel from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law or rights of a third party

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, users, or legal compliance.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
