Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Paycheck Tax Calculator USA mobile application (the "App") operated by the individual developer ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility You may use the App only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us, and not otherwise barred from using the App under applicable law.
2. Description of the App The App provides tools to:

• Estimate gross and net (take‑home) pay based on user‑provided inputs;
• Estimate federal and state income taxes and certain payroll taxes;
• Compare different job offers or pay scenarios; and
• Generate summary reports (including PDF reports) for personal reference.

The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The App does NOT provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice. The calculations are estimates based on simplified assumptions and may not reflect your actual tax liability, paycheck amount, or any other financial outcome.

1. No Professional Advice The App is not a substitute for professional advice from a certified public accountant (CPA), tax advisor, financial planner, or other qualified professional.

You understand and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or calculations provided by the App;
• You are solely responsible for verifying any results before making financial, employment, or tax‑related decisions; and
• You should consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

• We do not warrant that any tax tables, thresholds, or rules implemented in the App are accurate, current, or complete;
• Results are estimates only and may differ from your actual paystubs, W‑2s, tax returns, or official calculations.
