## 2. Use of the App
- You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
- You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account you use with the App (including your Apple ID for in-app purchases).

## 3. Offline Processing and Data
- Image recognition and vocabulary processing are performed on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use basic features.
- Photos you take or select, and the vocabulary data you save (e.g., flashcards), are stored locally on your device unless you use features that explicitly sync or share data.
- We do not collect, store, or process your photos or personal vocabulary data on our servers for the core functionality of the App.

## 4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
- The App may offer paid features (e.g., SnapWord Pro) through in-app purchase. All payments are processed by Apple. Your purchase is subject to Apple’s applicable payment terms and App Store terms.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
