1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

SpeechSee is an accessibility-focused application that provides real-time speech-to-text transcription on your device. The App is designed to help users, including those with hearing difficulties, read spoken content. Transcription runs on your device and does not require a separate online service for core functionality.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Use of the App

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and any data you store in the App secure.
• The App may use your device’s microphone and speech recognition features. You grant the necessary permissions when prompted by your device.

5. Subscription and In-App Purchases

• The App may offer free and paid features. Paid features (e.g. subscription) are governed by these Terms and by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
