1. Description of Service

The App helps you track home and property assets (e.g. appliances, HVAC, fixtures), record purchase dates and estimated values, set next service or maintenance dates, and mark when service has been completed. You can generate a PDF report summarizing your property and assets for your own records, insurance, or resale. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.


2. Your Data and Storage

Your data (property name, assets, service dates, notes, and reports) is stored only on your device by default. We do not require an account to use the App. We do not upload, store, or process your asset or report data on our servers unless we explicitly describe otherwise in a separate agreement or in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to store or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or to infringe any third party’s rights. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

THE APP AND ANY REPORTS OR CONTENT GENERATED BY IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. USE OF THE APP AND ANY RELIANCE ON REPORTS OR DATA IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.


6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE (AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR INABILITY TO USE IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF GREATER).

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App or via the App Store update description. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
