This Privacy Policy describes how the Skybound app ("App") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Data We Collect

• Location (optional): If you grant permission, we use your device’s location to show your departure city and to suggest destinations by distance. Location is processed on-device and is not sent to our servers (the App can operate without any backend).
• Data you provide: Any name or nickname you set in the App (e.g. "Captain" / 机长) is stored only on your device.
• Usage data: Flight records, boarding passes, and focus history are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that does so (e.g. a future cloud backup, if we add one).

2. How We Use Data

• Location is used solely to display your city and to match focus duration to in-app "destinations."
• Your nickname and flight history are used only within the App to personalize your experience and show your logbook.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• All data described above is stored locally on your device (e.g. via UserDefaults or similar).
• If you uninstall the App, this data is removed with the app. We do not retain copies on our side.

4. Third Parties

• The App may use Apple frameworks (e.g. MapKit, Core Location) that are subject to Apple’s privacy policies. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
