This Privacy Policy explains how PureStitch (the “App”) handles information. The App is designed to be local-first: image processing is performed on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Photos and Images. The App may access photos that you select through Apple’s photo picker. The App processes selected images on-device to provide stitching, alignment, and export features.

1.2 Purchases. If you subscribe to PureStitch Pro, Apple provides us with purchase/transaction identifiers and subscription status through StoreKit. We do not receive your full payment information.

1.3 Diagnostics. We may rely on system-provided crash logs and diagnostics if you have enabled sharing with developers. These logs may contain device information and app performance data.

1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• To provide core functionality such as importing, stitching, alignment, masking, and exporting.
• To unlock and validate subscription entitlements (Pro features).
• To improve stability and performance (e.g., crash diagnostics if enabled).

1. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING

Unless otherwise stated, image processing occurs locally using Apple frameworks such as Core Image and Vision. Your images are not uploaded to our servers for processing.

1. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your selected photos with third parties for advertising purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger/acquisition, subject to applicable legal requirements.

1. DATA RETENTION

The App does not require you to create an account. Imported images remain in your Photos library. Any exported results are saved only when you choose to export.

Subscription status is maintained via Apple’s StoreKit entitlements on your device.
