SoftNight Baby (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application SoftNight Baby (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as when you contact us by email (e.g., your email address and message content).

#2.2 Information collected automatically
Depending on your device and App features, we may automatically collect:

• Device and technical data: device type, operating system version, App version, language, and coarse region (e.g., locale or time zone as set on the device).
• Usage data: features used (e.g., playback, favorites, timer), crash diagnostics, and performance logs, where enabled, to improve stability and user experience.
• Identifiers: Apple may provide us with anonymized or aggregated analytics identifiers through services we enable; we do not require a separate account for core use of the App.

#2.3 Purchases and subscriptions
When you purchase a Premium subscription, Apple processes payment. We do not receive your full payment card number. We may receive from Apple: subscription status, product identifier, transaction identifiers, and related subscription events, as necessary to provide Premium features.

#2.4 Local storage
The App may store preferences and favorites on your device (e.g., favorite tracks, settings). This data remains on your device unless you delete the App or clear data.

#2.5 Audio and sensitive data
The App is designed for playback of pre-provided audio content. We do not require you to upload voice recordings for the core service. If a future feature requests microphone access, we will disclose that separately and obtain consent where required.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
• Process and validate Premium subscriptions and restore purchases;
• Improve the App (e.g., fix crashes, understand feature usage in aggregate);
• Respond to your support requests;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service;
• Protect the security and integrity of the App.

We do not sell your personal information as a commodity. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles about children for targeted advertising in violation of applicable children’s privacy laws.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is family-oriented. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction) beyond what is reasonably necessary to support the App’s operation and what is permitted by Apple’s platform rules. If you are a parent, supervise your child’s device use and Apple ID settings, including Ask to Buy and Screen Time, as applicable.

9. International Users

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
