This Privacy Policy describes how SnapWord ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information in connection with the SnapWord mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Data We Do Not Collect for Core Features

• Photos and images: When you use the camera or photo library to recognize objects, processing is done on your device. We do not upload or store your photos on our servers.
• Vocabulary data: Words and flashcards you save are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store this data on our servers for the core learning features.
• No account required: You can use the main features of the App without creating an account with us.

2. On-Device Processing

• Image recognition uses on-device capabilities (e.g., Apple’s Vision framework or similar). No images are sent to our servers for object recognition.
• Any data that stays on your device is subject to your device’s security and your own backup choices (e.g., iCloud).

3. Data Related to In-App Purchases

• If you make in-app purchases (e.g., SnapWord Pro), payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may provide us with anonymized or transactional information in accordance with their policies (e.g., to confirm a subscription). We use such information only to enable your access to paid features and to prevent abuse.

4. Optional Features and Third-Party Services

• If we add optional features that use the internet or third-party services (e.g., cloud sync, analytics), we will describe them and any related data collection in an update to this policy or in the App.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
