This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the application ("App") you use to track home and property assets and maintenance.
1. Data Stored on Your Device (Local Data)
The App is designed so that your data stays on your device. This includes:
- Property name
- Asset list (names, brands, categories, purchase dates, values, next service dates, notes, photos)
- Service check-in status (e.g. whether you marked an item as serviced)
- Generated PDF reports (when you export, the file is created on your device)
We do not upload this data to our servers. We do not collect, store, or process your asset or report content on our own systems. Your data is only stored in the App’s local storage on the device you use.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Your name, email, or phone number (unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support)
- Your asset details, service dates, or report content
- Precise or continuous location data for tracking
- Identifiers used to track you across apps or websites for advertising
