These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PureTranslate mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by PureTranslate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. THE SERVICE PureTranslate provides on-device translation features that may include voice transcription and translation, camera-based text recognition (OCR) and translation overlays, and text-to-speech (TTS). The Service is intended for general informational use and is not a substitute for professional translation, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FREE TRIALS, AND BILLING 3.1 Pro Subscription Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscription benefits may include unlimited usage and other premium functionality described in the app.

3.2 Free Trial We may offer a free trial to new users (e.g., 3 days). If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and/or our app logic and may change.

3.3 Billing and Renewal Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Manage or Cancel You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

3.5 Price Changes If Apple or we change pricing, we will comply with applicable App Store rules regarding notification and consent.

1. LICENSE AND ACCEPTABLE USE 4.1 License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Acceptable Use You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Circumvent security or access controls, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content.
• Misuse translation outputs to misrepresent meaning in a deceptive or harmful way.

1. CONTENT AND OUTPUTS You are responsible for the text, speech, or images you provide to the Service (“Input”) and your use of translated output (“Output”). Output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are solely responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
2. PRIVACY Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service, including all software, design, and branding, is owned by PureTranslate or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
