Welcome to "Minimalist Canvas" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Service Description 1.1 The App is a drawing, sketching and creation tool that provides canvas, brushes, save and share features. 1.2 The App may offer free and paid (subscription) features as described in the App. New users may enjoy a limited number of free creations; after that, a subscription may be required to continue creating new canvases.
Acceptable Use 2.1 You must use the App lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules. You may not use the App to create, store or distribute illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others. 2.2 You are responsible for content you create, save or share in the App. We are not liable for user-generated content. 2.3 You may not reverse-engineer, crack, modify or disrupt the normal operation of the App.
Intellectual Property 3.1 The App (including but not limited to its interface, logic and trademarks) is owned by us. All related intellectual property rights are reserved. 3.2 You own the copyright in works you create in the App. You grant us the rights necessary to provide you with storage, display and sharing of your works within the App.
Subscriptions and Payment 4.1 If you purchase a subscription, Apple’s subscription and payment terms apply, as described in the App Store and in the App. 4.2 Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel in your device Settings. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 5.1 The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully satisfactory service. 5.2 Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the App.
Changes and Termination 6.1 We may update this agreement from time to time. Updated terms will be made available in the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use means acceptance. 6.2 If you materially breach this agreement, we may restrict or terminate your use of the App.
General 7.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). 7.2 For questions about this agreement, please contact us through the App or our official channels.
