We care about your privacy. This policy describes how "Minimalist Canvas" (the "App") handles your information. Please read it before using the App.

1. Information We Collect 1.1 The App is designed to work mainly on your device. Your drawings, project names and similar data are stored by default in the App’s sandbox on your device. We do not actively upload or collect the content you create on your device. 1.2 When you use "Save to Photos" or "Share," your data is handled by the system photo library or system share sheet. We do not collect your photos or contacts for these features. 1.3 If you use paid features such as subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple. We may receive anonymous information related to subscription status (e.g. whether a subscription is active) to unlock features in the App. We do not use this to identify you personally. 1.4 We may collect anonymous information related to how the App runs (e.g. crash logs, general device type) to improve the App. This information is not used to identify you.
2. How We Use and Store Information 2.1 Your in-App content is stored primarily on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing data may result in permanent loss of that content. Please back up important content yourself. 2.2 We do not sell your works or personally identifiable information to third parties. We process data only as needed to provide features (e.g. sharing, subscription checks) or when required by law.
3. Third Parties and System Services 3.1 The App may use services provided by Apple (e.g. In-App Purchase, photo library, share sheet). Those services are subject to Apple’s privacy policy and terms. 3.2 When you share content to other apps via the system share sheet, that third party’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
4. Your Rights and Choices 4.1 You can manage the App’s permissions (e.g. photo library access) in your device Settings. Disabling permissions may affect features such as saving to Photos or choosing a background image. 4.2 You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. After uninstall, data stored only in the App will be removed with the App.
5. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect personal identification information from children under the applicable age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Updates to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be made available in the App or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
